Initiated in 2013, the project is being led by 3 laboratories in Toulouse (<strong>CEMES, CIRIMAT and LPCNO<\/strong>), whose ambition is to develop and make available this multi-site characterization platform featuring cutting-edge techniques, as well as the staff and skills required to exploit the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">The instrumentation consists of 7 X-ray scattering and diffraction instruments. They enable analysis of powders, polycrystalline bulk samples, thin films, nanoparticles or amorphous materials, under controlled atmospheres and temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
