Afin d\u2019optimiser leur conception et leur utilisation ainsi que pour permettre une bonne interpr\u00e9tation des mesures, un mod\u00e8le complet de leur fonctionnement est souhait\u00e9 car inexistant. Mon travail de th\u00e8se s\u2019est focalis\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un tel mod\u00e8le en tenant compte de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du dispositif, des inhomog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9s et des r\u00e9gimes de conduction \u00e9lectrique (diffusif ou balistique). Ainsi une reproduction quantitative des donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales acquises durant ma th\u00e8se sous diverses conditions est permise.
